A durable collectable glazed ceramic earthenware gravy or sauce boat with matching oval saucer made by Wood & Sons between 1891-1907. SPECIAL OFFER - NOVEMBER. Decorated with a rare Edward pattern of blue border and tangerine blush flowers. The pattern is in deep indigo, tangerine, green, and brown with gold trim. Prominent marks on the bottom are a pattern name "Edward" and number "13", standard impressed mark incorporating name with "Wood & Sons", and "England" with a crown printed in maroon ink. 

Measures: Gravy boat is 10 cm in height, 18 cm in length with handle, 9 cm across the base. Plate is 22.5 cm in length (horizontally), a diameter of 14 cm (vertically).

Condition: This fully functional antique is in good presentable state, with appropriate signs of age. Gravy boat is very good, free from chips, spider cracks crazing, or breaks, with moderate gold loss. Plate has obvious gold loss, with a nick measuring 4 mm by 5 mm around the corner edge and 4 mm by 7 mm on under edge, free from cracks or crazing, as seen in photos. There is no loss to the colours.

Returns. I gladly accept returns in the unlikely event that you are not thrilled with your item. You get a full refund of the purchase price up until the end of day 7 of receiving your order. Simply return the item to me in its original condition, shown in photos. The cost of returning the item using a door-to-door courier service is buyer's responsibility. Force Majeure. Although not a common case, over the lockdown period irregularities in delivery services can occasionally happen. Any delays or irregularities in delivery that may occur would be relayed to you so that you are kept fully informed of the progress of your parcel.

• Where the item is antique or vintage, the item cannot be expected to be in a new condition. Mint Condition implies that the item is brand new and has never been used, which is rarely the case with historical items. Normal wear and tear, imperfections and crazing as consistent with age should be expected and are a marker of a genuine antique/vintage item. These imperfections do not affect the value of quality items and, in fact, in many cases add to the to its historical character for seasoned collectors. Near Mint Condition or Excellent Condition or rare antiques are typically offered for a higher price. The size of a piece bears no relation to its value.

• The purchase is to be completed within 7 days. I reserve the right to cancel orders from buyers who have not completed their transaction during that period and relist the item for sale.
