This is a key return reward token with the text J.F. JOOSTE, SAGTEVLEI, INDWE, K.P. on the one side.
However, the text on other side was most likely stamped as a sweetheart tag during WW2. The text reads GEDENKTEKEN VAN HETTIE with the date 18.3.1940.
