Hardcover first edition published 2006 by Random House. The jacket is whole, with minor wear to edges and faces. The boards are square and sharp. The bookplate of a previous owner has been glued to an end-paper, and this has caused the some wrinkling of these initial pages. Apart from a series of light smudges to the external page edges, the pages are clean and unmarked.
