Always begin treating the surface from the highest point, working downwards. To ensure second coat penetration, apply when first coat is still wet. On any porous, such as pre-cast concrete walls, it will prevent algae growth and subsequent discoloration. On raw plaster surfaces, it will dramatically improve the adhesion and coverage of decorative paints. Do not apply onto wet surfaces.
