The dust jacket shows damp staining to the front panel, edge chipping and paperloss at the head and tail of the spin-band.
The front panel has separated along the front spine hinge and has tape repair to the reverse to rejoin the two sections.
Marbled end-papers.
Owner's name to the half-title page.
Light damp rippling to the outer pages and a watermark to the margins of the front and back outer pages.
