This original, full size 'Queen South Africa' medal was awarded to '1338 TPR. A. Speller' (Albert) of the 'Bethune's Mounted Infantry'. This medal is un-researched but confirmed on the roll, where he's down as a 'Lance Corporal', and other than the suspender having a little play and a small edge knock it's in good condition and nicely tarnished.
