A cheerful and beautiful earthenware Tea Pot from Royal Doulton. The Persian chintz pattern features yellow and pink parrots surrounded by foliage on a blue background with, with a black and white lattice trim. This pattern was introduced between 1912 and 1918 is quite rare and highly desirable. Base reads: (Lion over crown) Made in England, Royal Doulton,England 597783/D4031/6.
Approx size. 22 x 12 x 14cm
No chips just some age grazing and a small hairline crack on the inside the lid rim,so cant be seen from outside.
