Binding tight, text block complete--no loose or missing pages; no tears. No inscriptions, no highlighting, no underlining, no annotations or marginalia.

Boards are clean and bright, one or two minute whitish specs. Gilt lettering on spine intact and bright.

Light rubbing to top edge and head of spine. top corner of front cover bumped, rubbed but not scuffed. Light rubbing with small brown stain to top corner of rear panel. Rubbing to heel of spine; light scuffing to lower edges of the boards.. Corners rubbed.

Mild foxing and tanning to endpapers, front and back. Foxing on verso of f.f. endpaper and half-title. Foxing on some of the introductory pages--with heavier yellow tanning of one particular page, thereafter only occasional throughout text block. Foxing to edges of text block.

Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. Light shelf-wear. Top corner of front cover bumped. Light edgewear, some chipping of outer layer only of clear plastic and blue wrapping at the head and heel of spine. Foxing on the inside. No tears.
