Individually numbered and hand signed plaque attached to base by Haunt creators TODD McFARLANE and ROBERT KIRKMAN. Stands over 12 inches tall with a highly detailed 360 degree rotating base, 10 inches in diameter.

Note the close up picture of the hand signed plaque with defects and a finger print.  I have never taken this out of the plastic, so it might be one of the signer's finger prints.  Being hand signed defects are expected.

The figure has never been assembled or been on display.

The box is in decent condition but has some minimal outside damage and scratches. Please refer to photos.
