Hardcover published by John Meinert Ltd, Windhoek, undated. Pictorial boards are square and solid, but with some rubbing and marks in places. 55 pages of poetry in German, the subject being life in the internment camps of Andalusia (now Jan Kempdorp, where German men regarded as potentially dangerous were interned), Koffiefontein and Baviaansporrt, during World War Two. Four dates are written in pen on the first end-paper. The pages are clean, but have notes in red pen in several places; in one, obviously identifying two characters in the illustration. Illustrations by Joachim Voigts.
