Tsunshigo Tomato is a Chinese variety and was commercially introduced in North America by Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds in 2012. The yields are large clusters with small tomatoes. It looks very similar to black plum tomatoes, but Tsunshigo Tomatoes are smaller. It is very low in acid and has an earthy flavour like most black varieties. This variety is perfect for salads.
