Very good condition with bright writing and decoration, easily legible in neat antiquated script. Appears to be  the sale by Thomas and William Watson of a property together with a dovehouse and all barns, stables, buildings and outhouses, gardens , and orchard, etc.  to a Sir John Mathewes of the Citty of London, Knight and John Bearcroft of Shirnock Court. Folded with no tears.  Vellum in very good state.  Document is in English, not Latin. More photos on request. 81 cm x 68 cm  with a further section 61 x 36 cm sewn in so larger than most indentures of this ilk Three vellum tassle sat the bottom, one with large wax seal.
