I have 2 of these (both shown in pictures below).
They are still in working condition and do work with PCs, but some devices were much more sensitive and needed a pure sine wave, but this is fine for the vast majority of electronic devices.
I have used these for many years, and they are proven workhorses, good if you need a simple, cheap and reliable UPS.
