S. Africa: 1892 ZAR 2 Shillings (Florin) PCGS Certified PF64

History/Background Information: A rare and highly coveted proof striking of the ZAR florin. ZAR proofs were only struck in the year 1892, in Berlin for the ZAR. Designed and engraved by Otto Schultz, Eli Levine describes the ZAR proof issues as "exceptionally beautiful pieces". No known records exist of the number of these proof coins minted.

Certification: PCGS PF64 (Near Gem Proof)

Condition Notes: A superbly crafted proof rendering of the 1892 ZAR florin. Highly reflective fields blessed with a plethora of hues including oranges, blues and deep purples. Immensely sharp detailing present as is standard on these issues.

Mintage: 50 (Estimated)
