Eliminate dead spots from your home while upgrading your 802.11ac Wi-Fi to a wireless mesh system with the RE230 AC750 Dual-Band Wireless Range Extender from TP-Link. Equipped with two powerful internal antennas, this dual-band range extender works with your router to expand your Wi-Fi coverage and transfer data at up to 300 Mb/s on the 2.4 GHz frequency and 433 Mb/s over the 5 GHz signal, delivering smooth HD video streaming, online gaming experiences, and more. It works with TP-Link OneMesh-compatible devices, which includes many traditional routers, to create a mesh network system. With a mesh system, your wireless network operates using a single network name (SSID) and login, allowing you to seamlessly walk between rooms without having to switch networks or lose speed.

With its plug-and-play design, you can pair the range extender with your router by pressing the WPS buttons on both devices. Then, plug the RE230 into a wall outlet where you need addition Wi-Fi coverage. The smart signal indicator lets you know whether it's too far from the router. The wireless signal is secured with 64/128-bit WEP, WPA-PSK, WPA2-PSK encryption and you can manage your Wi-Fi network and its connected devices using the TP-Link Tether mobile app. The RE30 can also be used as an access point by connecting wired devices such as computers, smart TVs, video game consoles, and more to the 10/100 Mb/s Ethernet port.
