Acacia is a genus of shrubs and trees belonging to the subfamily Mimosoideae of the family Fabaceae. The Horingdoring Tree grows up to 10 metres. It is a very hardy round topped tree and has black bark. An extremely hardy drought resistant Acacia it is grown extensively in South Africa.
