Hardcover first published 1969 by Spiritualist Press. The jacket is whole, but marked, chipped and worn in places, with several short tears to edges. The boards are clean, but edges are sunned, and both have a crease down the centre. Apart from the names and addresses of two previous owners to the first end-paper, and some scattered foxing, the pages are clean and unmarked.
