Hardcover first published 1971 by Ian Allan. The jacket is missing a large piece from the head of the spine, and is edge-worn. The boards are clean and square, but the top edge and top of the spine is sunned. There is light foxing to the inside front boards and opposite pages, that are otherwise clean and unmarked. Illustrated with many black and white photogrpahs.
