Using a sharp knife, split the nut into 4 parts, leaving you with 4 pieces. Divide the nuts again. You will need 8 pieces for the first 8 days.

Squash the recommended piece of nut between 2 spoons and place in a glass of warm water making sure both spoons are covered. The water will turn a milky colour.

Depending on preference, the milky water may be consumed hot or cold.

 

Start with 1/8^th of a nut per day, continue for 8 days. Thereafter, a 1/4 of a nut per day.
