GRADING STANDARDS
Every ball is individually hand graded to ensure quality.
We have 3 Grades of Balls and they are described below - Please read the description below for the item you are bidding on.
Mint Grade : This is the highest quality grade that used balls can possibly be - this is our highest grade. They are spotless and close to spotless. (1st Grade - Highest).
Near Mint Grade : There are slight signs of use as well the odd pen mark and/or maybe some discoloration. Our near mint grade includes plenty of balls that could be very close to MINT grade, but to ensure you are happy with what you get, we downgraded it just to be sure -;) (2nd Grade)
Value Pack Grade : This is a mixture of MINT and near MINT grade balls. This is great value for money. Balls will be in a specific Brand and Quality. ( 1st and 2nd Grade)

To speed up your delivery, please CHECKOUT immediately at the end of the auction and make payment.
All Packages are insured by our 3rd party insurance. Please check your email for it tracking number after payment has been received. Should you not receive your package in the mail within 4 to 5 days from receipt of tracking number please contact the post office on 0860 111 502 to track it before you call / email us or BOB customer service.
We Do not allow collections for security reasons. no exceptions.
All packages will be sent within 1 to 2 business day from receipt of payment. We always try to send as quickly as possible after receipt of payment.
We do not like negative or neutral ratings so please contact us first once you rate if you are not happy with your purchase and we will sort it out so that you are happy.

Auctions can be combined. (BOB calculates shipping automatically during checkout - but please check with us first when you want to combine per ball auctions and per lot auctions )
We try to do all our listings as accurately as possible and if a mistake with quantities goes unnoticed we have the right to cancel your order and refund your money before shipment should we run into issues like this. Our stock taking system is manual and all listings are prepared before listings - but we are only human and mistakes do happen sometimes.
