GRADING STANDARDS
Remember we are golfers ourselves and we know how specific golfers are regarding the quality of their balls! So we keep that in mind with when we grade as every ball as all balls are hand graded individually to ensure quality.
We have 4 Grades of Balls and they are described below - Please read the description below for the item you are bidding on.
Mint Grade : This is the highest quality grade that used balls can possibly be - this is our highest grade. They are close to spotless. (1st Grade - Highest).
Near Mint Grade : There are slight signs of use as well the odd pen mark and/or maybe some discoloration. These are really good value for money balls. (2nd Grade)
Playable Grade : These balls are playable - so in other words : you can putt, chip, use your driver ,long and short irons while still hitting a descent shot ( if your swing is looking good). You will find signs of play as well the odd pen mark and/or discoloration. (3rd Grade)
Hit-Away Grade : They are good for those people who want to hit balls into the bushes or water bodies with the aim of never getting them back. Please do not expect to much from these balls, as they are our lowest grade. There are scuff marks and all of them are/could be discoloured. These balls are exactly what we describe them to be - If you want Mint Condition, near mint or playable condition balls, then please DO NOT BID on these balls. (4th Grade - lowest Grade - junk balls)
Mix Grade: A mix of MINT, NEAR MINT, AND PLAYABLE. We have NO HIT-AWAY BALLS IN THE MIX!
AFTER PURCHASING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To speed up your delivery, please CHECKOUT immediately at the end of the auction and make payment.
All Packages are insured by our 3rd party insurance policy that we have and you will receive a tracking number once the package has been sent. Please check your email for it. Should you not receive your package in the mail within 4 to 5 days from receipt of tracking number please contact the post office on 0860 111 502 to track it before you call / email us or BOB customer service.
We Do not allow collections for security reasons.
All packages will be sent within 1 to 2 business day from receipt of payment. We always try to send as quickly as possible after receipt of payment.
We do not like negative or neutral ratings so please contact us first once you rate if you are not happy with your purchase and we will sort it out so that you are happy.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Do not buy now if you are planning not to pay within 48 hours. Every Buy Now item has to be paid in full within 48 hours or we will relist it and cancel the order. There will no exceptions to this - please be advised that we will not tolerate non compliance with this.

We try to do all our listings as accurately as possible and if a mistake with quantities goes unnoticed we have the right to cancel your order and refund your money before shipment should we run into issues like this.
