SERIES : 1902 KEVII Scarlet 1 Penny Postage & Revenue. 

An EXCELLENT example of an ORIGINAL  Used Condition , Letter Cover Dated 1903 and addressed as "Urgent" for the British Consul (Pietermaritzburg) in the Colony of Natal . The Sender has incorrectly addressed the letter for Cape Town , which has been canceled by the Postmaster and redirected to 'Pmburg' in pencil. This piece remains complete, and presents well visually.

The ideal addition to any early 1900s Colony of Natal/ South African Stamp  collection or display ; for the enthusiast seeking a well preserved period piece.
