Note to the buyer
Based on the high-resolution photos, here is my assessment of the condition and grading which is subjective and this is my opinion and based on my visual evidence Please note that "grading" was not done by any professional organisation or person but solely by my references to catalogues and other information. While I strive for accuracy, I cannot guarantee that all details and information are 100% correct.
Purchase decisions are made entirely at the buyers discretion.
Â
Obverse (Heads):
The portrait of George V shows significant wear on the high points, particularly the hair detail above the ear and the moustache, which have flattened. The legend (lettering) remains clear and readable.
Reverse (Tails):
The "3" is bold, and the crown shows decent detail, though the crosses and pearls on the arches are worn. The oak wreath retains most of its leaf outlines.
Overall Opinion:
This is a solid, honest, circulated specimen. It has a pleasing light grey patina and no major "rim dings" or deep scratches that would detract from its eye appeal.
Authenticity:
I guarantee this coin to be authentic.
