An EXCELLENT example of a 1922 , Cheshire Regiment Brass 'Sand-cast' Cap Badge. This piece remains in a well-preserved state and retains both Lugs. The Regiment was founded in 1689 by the Duke of Norfolk ; and has participated in every major conflict up until the present day. This piece conforms to the characteristics of the Sand-cast variety of Insignia.
The ideal addition to any 1920s Inter-War Period , British Army Insignia collection or display.
