An EXCELLENT example of 1940s Union Defence Force Anklets 'Puttees' Whitewashed Pair. This set appears to be in a VF/F state , with detailed surface finish Relief on obverse. All buckles and tabs appear present. Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Items have been subject to usage for parade purposes and will display signs commensurate with age.
Manufacturer and date Stamps are present on lining , however, appear faded alongside the Union Military Acceptance marking.
