Wine making is a true art. The Cape produces a large variety of fine wines, and occasionally a jewel will come forth. The annual Nederburg Auction was inaugurated in 1975 on which these select few wines find connoisseur buyers from all over the world.
Nedergurg Cabernet Sauvignon Careful vinification and time honoured maturation in vats, gives this choice wine its unique character, and full flavour expressed in a lingering velvet-rich taste.
The wine will continue for many years to grow increasingly attractive if it is laid down in a cool, dark place.
