Wine making is a true art. The Cape produces a large variety of fine wines, and occasionally a jewel will come forth. The annual Nederburg Auction was inaugurated in 1975 on which these select few wines find connoisseur buyers from all over the world.
This full, sturdy blend reflects the power of Cabernet Sauvignon complemented by the velvety rich character of Shiraz, with emphasis on balance and structure, this wine will develop with further maturation.
The wine will continue for many years to grow increasingly attractive if it is laid down in a cool, dark place.
