The Nelson Mandela 90th Birthday Celebration Set honours former President Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela, who celebrated his 90th birthday on the 18th of July 2008.

This Set consists of a Proof R5 Circulation Coin and a Bi-metal Commemorative Medallion. The medallion is a combination of sterling silver and 24 carat gold(1/2 oz). The coin and medallion are packed in a wooden box featuring an engraved image of Mr. Nelson Mandela on the lid. A numbered Certificate of Authenticity issued by the SA Mint certifies the product and the limitededition of 5000 worldwide.
