3) This DVD and all the other DVD's that we have on Auction have been checked, inspected & scrutinised thoroughly and every DVD is in an immaculate condition with highest quality, picture, sound & presentation. The inspection & treatment method was as follows :-

- Physical inspection - for presentation, damages, scratches etc.

- Treatment of disc-reading surface with a protective solvent

- Physically inspecting the movie quality by watching the entire DVD from start to end.

- The above three processes were conducted for the second time

4) We therefore give confident assurances and guarantees that the product is in pristine working order when it leaves our offices, and note that we will ACCEPT NO RESPONSIBILITY for any damages, neglegance etc. on behalf of the postal service or buyer.

5) All DVD's on our auctions were purchased from a video shop.This establishment has now closed down.BubbleBuddies purchased all these DVD'S as a single package deal.BubbleBuddies DOES NOT give any guarantee on the authenticity or originality or genuine status of these DVD's. We have purchased it as is and we are auctioning it off the same.

6) BubbleBuddies will give a 7 day cash refund if item is not as advertised,in which case buyer must inform seller within 2 days of recieving item via e-mail,buyer has to return product in ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING.All postages will be for the buyers account.
