1. This voucher entitles the bearer and his/her guests between 2 and six nights accommodation, based on two adults sharing a room. Subject to a meal supplement whether taken or not, or discounted accommodation.
2. Forward the attached “reservation request” form, fully completed along with your booking / admin fee of R100.00 to Leisure Escapes central reservations at 0866 238 218.
3. This promotional offer may not be exchanged for cash and is made subject to availability of accommodation made available to “Leisure Escapes”. The company reserves the right to offer an alternative date and venue should your request be unavailable.
4. This offer is made subject to a breakfast & dinner supplement per person per day sharing a double room or discounted accommodation in a featured hotel / resort.
5. Your holiday request form must be received by “Leisure Escapes” booking office 30 days prior to the requested travel date. Any subsequent changes after confirmation will require an additional booking fee.
6. The holder of this holiday offer (voucher) indemnifies the issuing sponsor, “Leisure Escapes” and its agents against any claim he /she may have arising out of the accommodation provided or made available in terms of this offer.
7. Leisure Escapes and its associates cannot be held responsible for any misrepresentation by a third party. These terms and conditions are the only ones and cannot be varied under any circumstances.
8. Once your details have been entered into “Leisure Escapes” reservations system and you decline to take a holiday within the following 12 months, your reservation will be cancelled; a new booking and voucher fee will then be levied.
9. This voucher is valid only if a) Leisure Escapes does the booking, b) full discounted and / or only meal supplements fee has been paid in full to “Leisure Escapes” reservations, c) booking (reservation) fee of R100.00 has been paid, d) booking is made at least 4 weeks in advance.
10. Hotel, lodge & self catering accommodation is subject to availability. We reserve the right to offer alternative options, eg: hotel to self catering and vice versa. Leisure Escapes also has the right to offer alternative accommodation, if your choice is unavailable.
11. Should you decline a confirmation, “Leisure Escapes” obligations under the terms of this offer shall be deemed to have been met.
12. Booking fees are non refundable.
