The Holiday Club -  8  Life Points

1.  These are life points and do not expire. Bid is per point all 8 points at a time. e.g. Bid R100 x 8 points = R800 plus transfer fees.

2.  Transfer can be started immediately.

3.  These points can be added to life points. 

4.  These points are valued new at R2886 per point.  This would normally cost you R23088 to purchase.

5.  Once you are a member, a login can be created by yourself to book at your own leisure and time.  This makes it easier, because you also make out your own guest certificate, which is sent directly from the Holiday Club.

6.  Just a quick breakdown of this deal:

     a.  Transfer to begin immediately.

     b.  Levies are paid in full for 2013.  Levies for 2013 was R3141,43 (levies to climb yearly)

     c.  These are life points and can be added to life points.

    d.  This deal does not include transfer fees to be paid to the club directly.  There are 2 types of transfer   fees to be paid:  R2590 existing members to add to their points or R3150 new members, that do not belong to the Holiday Club yet.

Breakdown of the costs of the person buying this:

e.g. 8 points x R200 = R1600

Transfer fee - R2590 existing members/ R3150 new members

Just remember, life points can be added to life (trade) point.

20 Year Points can be added to 20 year points

Life and 20 year points cannot be combined as one.  You will receive 2 x separate memberships, as well as pay for 2 memberships.  This becomes costly.
