This is a commemorative Crown of the Royal Wedding of H.R.H The Prince of Wales to Lady Diana Spencer on the 29 July 1981. On the back of the casing it is printed 'With the Compliments of The Readers Digest Association" In my opinion the coin is uncirculated and comes in a in own box.
