💕 Archie Joke Book – Comics Digest Annual No. 10 – Archie Comics

Archie hears rock festival and immediately thinks music. Betty asks whats playing Thursday and gets the answer nobody expected: Meat Loaf! 😂🎸

Archie Joke Book Comics Digest Annual No. 10 is a colourful old-school collection of Riverdale laughs, packed with Archie, Betty, Jughead and the rest of the gang doing what they do best turning completely ordinary situations into wonderfully corny comic-book punchlines.

The cover is especially cool, designed around strips of movie film with several different Archie gags running through them. Its busy, colourful and unmistakably early-1980s Archie.

This issue belongs to the original Joke Book Comics Digest Annual run, which was published from 1977 to 1983, with only 13 numbered issues in the series.

This is not a standard-size comic book. It is a small-format comic digest, giving it that chunky little Archie Digest Library format that makes these books such fun nostalgia pieces today.

Classic characters, terrible jokes and peak Riverdale silliness exactly what an Archie Joke Book should be. 😂
