ABOUT THIS RING:	Ancient post Medieval silver ring: This beautifully preserved post Medieval silver ring has the most intricate patterning on the band and bezel. The bezel is oval shaped and set with an impressive blue glass setting. Glass was commonly used in ancient jewelry as an alternative to imitate genuine gemstones. Some deposits still remain on the ring which has been semi-cleaned. Looks fantastic when worn. A real masterpiece of post Medieval art. An incredibly beautiful ring that is still perfectly wearable.
