This piece remains in a GOOD, USED CONDITION- Graphic Design Relief is clear and detailed. Surface verdigris is visible due to age. Maker's stamp appears on reverse (not clearly legible, but present). Item is Second-Hand and will display signs of general wear.

An EXCELLENT example of a Boer War (1899-1902) Lt.General Baden-Powell Pewter Plaque Bust. This piece would have been Mounted on a Wooden Plaque or similar display plinth in commemoration of Baden-Powell's successful defence during the Siege of Mafeking (1899-1900). The General features and distinctive ' Campaign Hat ' are clearly discernable.

This piece remains in a good state of preservation, and is the ideal addition to any 1900s Boer War memorabilia collection or display.
