Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface. Material is complete - Minor staining due to age. Wear evident on collar , colours are vibrant and distinct.

This piece would have been worn by members of the general voting public and members of SWAPO during the Namibian Independence celebration in January 1990.
