An EXCELLENT example of UNUSED, 1981 Operation Protea- South African Defence Force Propaganda Postcards. These pieces appear to be in a well-preserved state , with imagery intact. The original writing segment is present on the reverse. Minimal Evidence of handling/ age-related wear is visible on surface.

Operation Protea was conducted in August 1981, by the SADF as a pre-emptive strike against PLAN (Peoples' Liberation Army of Namibia) bases in Angola. The Postcards depict the array of Enemy equipment and vehicles captured during the operation.

The ideal addition to any 1980s Border War themed collection or display- for the enthusiast seeking a unique period piece for their assortment.
