PAYMENT POLICY

• Payment is required no later than 48 hours after your successful AUCTION or BUY NOW bid.
• Auctions may also close early at any time so be prepared to proceed with payment to honour your bid.
• Shipping to SA only and tracking details will be provided. Insurance is recommended as uninsured items cannot be recovered if they go missing in the postal system.

SHIPPING POLICY

• Shipping days are Tuesdays - Thursdays at 13:00,  whichever time is soonest that your payment reflects in our banking account. Sorry but pickups cannot be accomodated.
• Defective goods or goods arriving DOA (dead on arrival) must be returned within 7 days of receipt for consideration of refund.

• Feedback will be given to all successful buyers after I receive your feedback.
• Positive feedback is given by default to all buyers completing the transaction and meeting our payment policy.
• Negative feedback will be left for all buyers not completing the transaction and meeting the payment policy. item will be relisted as well as SNC filed to recover the success fee charged by BoB.
