An EXCELLENT example of a British General Service Medal with Palestine 1945-48 Bar. This piece appears to be in a well-preserved state, with clearly defined graphic Relief and wonderful surface toning. The recipient Name & Service Number are evident on Medal Rim.
The Medal was awarded to Private Motobele of the Army Pioneer Corps , for service during the State of Emergency in the British Mandate of Palestine from 27 September 1945 - 30 June 1948.
