1) Do you have this ring in any other size? No. We only display the sizes we have in stock.

2) Can this ring be resized? No, none of the rings sold by Smoogle Incorporated can be resized.

3) What if the ring does not fit? You can return it for a full refund, provided it's in the same condition and returned to us within 20 days of us mailing it to you.  (Please use size chart below before purchasing)

4) Can you reserve the ring till the end of the month, when I get paid? Yes. However there is an additional handling fee of R15. Please note we will only reserve the ring till the 7th day of the next month, if we have not recieved payment on or before the 7th, we will relist the ring and file a Sale Not Complete with Bid or Buy.

6) Will the gold or rhodium come off? Maybe. Like any plated jewellery the possiblity of the plating coming off is likely, if the jewellery is not cared for ie doing dishes, bathing or doing heavy household chores or washing with harsh chemicals with jewellery on will speed up this process, however should you care for your ring there is no reason why you should not get a few good years out it. (Re-plating is really cheap)

Once parcel is shipped we will either SMS or email your tracking number, this way you can call your local post office on the expected day of arrival just to confirm it's there, saving you a trip and queue should it not be there yet.
