This dollhouse is unique and no other one will be found looking exactly like this anywhere in the world.
This collectors dollhouse has a working chandelier light. The scale is 1/12.
Its one big room that can be a dance room as is, or you can add a dining table and chairs.
All furniture in picture will be included. The floor is tiled with real tiles.
The two cupboards and grandfather clock was handbuilt.
The chandelier alone costs R1800 if bought on ebay.
