**CRAZY R1 AUCTION** Cake Decorating C.M.C Powder (10g)

 Add some C.M.C Powder to Fondant for all your

flowers/fancy edible decoration.

C.M.C powder acts as a stabilizer and allows

decorations to set - up to five times faster.

Usage: 2.8 grams (3ml) C.M.C powder to 100g fondant.

Add powder to fondant and knead well. Use immediately.

C.M.C Powder is easy to use and long lasting.

Can also be used to create edible glue by adding 3-4 parts lukewarm water to 1 part C.M.C powder.

Fondant/Gumpaste Storage instructions:

Without proper storage, fondant may dry out or disintegrate. Do not expose to air or moisture. 

Stabilizer added to fondant will make the paste pliable and easier to use if used immediately. Do not allow to sit for more than 10 seconds uncovered.

Wrap in layers of plastic and store in refrigerator. Use within 2 days or less.
