But of course, mistakes can happen.  So please remember should you ever be unhappy with our service / products, something arrives broken or you simply expected something different; please contact me before leaving a neutral or negative rating.  I will ALWAYS try my utmost to resolve all issues!!  Please understand that I will not be able to assist if you leave me negative rating without contacting me. 

Parcels that are damaged, lost or stolen whilst in transit are beyond my control – therefore I automatically insure your parcel.
Checkout and Payment are due within 14 days of an Auction closing.  I am very happy to combine shipments up to 4 weeks, please simply let me know if you would like to take advantage of this offer.
Should I not hear from you I will send you a friendly reminder 7 days after your purchase, a Sale Not Complete will be filed thereafter.

Please remember: Postage is always for the buyers account.  Please note this also applies to unclaimed parcels that need to be resent, or parcels that are sent back from buyer to seller;

Sellers are charged listing fees for Auctions and incur many hidden expenses such as commission for every “sale” completed if we receive your payment or not. 
Some of these costs cannot be recovered in the event that a buyer reneges on a sale - Remember, it is a legal binding contract - so please, ONLY BID if you have every intention of fulfilling the sale;
