Rare 'Durban High School' Gold & Silver Boarder Prefect Pins/Badges
These rare D.H.S. solid silver and gold pins or badges are very well made and in excellent condition. The first silver pin has a shaped shield with a raised wreath of oak leaves in 9ct gold. On either side of the gold wreath are the words 'BOARDER' & 'PREFECT' and above are the letters 'D.H.S.' The pin is stamped 'SILVER' on the back and the gold has been tested and confirmed to be gold. The pin measures 7.5cm x 2.5cm. The second silver pin or badge incorporates a large, raised 'P' in the centre of a shield, which is mounted on a silver pin. It is also stamped 'SILVER' on the back and measures 4.5cm x 2cm.
