An EXCELLENT Pair of Early 20th Century Indian engraved 'Asian Elephant' Cigarette Holders. Each piece appears to be in a well-preserved state, retaining a unique hand-engraved relief of an Asian Elephant (Elephas maximus indicus) in stride. Handling marks are evident- as Holders have been utilised to smoke cigarettes.
The ideal addition to any 20th Century, Colonial British/ Indian Subcontinent Smoking accessory collection or display.
