2 Pin-backed roundels measuring 45 mm in diameter.

Set of Metal Hunter Group roundels in black on saffron; red on saffron and white on green. These are metal plaque badges that were obtained by the late Maj Willy Ward for mounting on a wooden base for ex-Hunters and are not from the current metal commemorative badges that are apparently made up in the U.K.

These sets were made up from Hunter Group stock. They were not manufactured by the usual military badge suppliers, and are relatively thick and heavy for their size. They are also smaller than the original cloth badges.

They were to be mounted, along with 2 other emblems, on a wooden base that was to be given to all ex-Hunter Group members and also for the families of deceased members. Unfortunately this never materialized due to the untimely death of Maj. Willy Ward.
