DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION
DESCRIPTION	I have titled this artwork by KATHARINE AMBROSE (b 1950) 'Ageless Rocks'. The artwork is done in acrylic paint on several cardboard pieces which were then pasted down (collage style) on the background artwork. The result is very interesting and decorative. The artwork is framed in a gilded wooden frame and mounted on a section covered in sacking. The artist has signed the artwork twice (in paint at bottom left and by pen at bottom right) and also dated it 1994. The artwork measures 450 x 400 mm in the frame and the artwork alone measures 280 x 250 mm. You can see the painting as it is sold in the image above. There are four more images and further particulars below. Please have a look at them and ask a question if there is anything you are unsure about.
CONDITION	Both the artwork and frame are in good condition and it can be hung as is.

NOTES
If interested in this artwork, please research the artist on the internet. This is a really lovely, if somewhat unusual, artwork produced by a very accomplished South African artist.
