I have owned at this resort for ten years but circumstances currently prevent me from traveling. You can use your week at the resort yearly OR through timeshare groups such as RCI you can bank your Durban Sands week and trade for vacations all over the world at dates you select. I have traded for resorts all over the USA, Spain, Italy, Canada and other parts of South Africa.
In addition to the very low price the seller will pay the required transfer fee to the resort. The buyer will be responsible for payment of the 2011 levy and the buyer will have full use of their week in 2011. Levies can be paid to the resort monthly.
