I have owned at this resort for ten years but circumstances currently prevent me from traveling. You can use your week at the resort yearly OR through timeshare groups such as RCI you can bank your Durban Sands week and trade for vacations all over the world at dates you select. I have traded for resorts all over the USA, Spain, Italy, Canada and other parts of South Africa.
In addition to the very low price the seller will pay the required transfer fee of R750 to the resort.
The buyer will be responsible for payment of the 2011 levy of about R3400 and the buyer will have full use of their week in 2011 and every year. Levies can be paid to the resort monthly. The buyer will have no other fees.
Payment to the seller can ONLY be made via Moneygram with many convenient SA locations. Payment should be made at the end of the auction to facilitate the transfer.
