Goods still not received 6 months later. Update: As I advised you at the time, I never received a notification from the PO, so claiming that I "failed to collect" is in fact incorrect. You advised me that the parcel had been returned to you, and that you would repost it. I supplied you with an alternative address and e-mailed you regularly for 6 months to tell you that the parcel had not arrived - I never got a single response.
